Central location, jaw-dropping room with a fully equipped kitchenette and spaciousness, super helpful and friendly staff, free water and snacks, convenient amenities like free wi-fi and lift.

The Christmas decorations were lovely and created a cozy atmosphere. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a good view of the holiday lights in the surrounding area. The location was just a few minutes walk from the main Christmas market and plenty of restaurants and bars around.

The breakfast buffet had very limited options and the food was often cold or stale. The staff at the front desk seemed uninterested in providing recommendations or answering general questions about the area.

The elevator system in the hotel was a minor issue, but not a dealbreaker.
